Bed is not our enemy. By accepting our sleep sensitivity and stopping to try to fix it, small (and big!) miracles can happen. Instead of thinking that you are incurable, change your perspective:
- Insomnia is not our overlord.
- Stop thinking about sleep during the day.
- Keep key plans, even after a poor night.
- Park your anger at the bedroom door (it might not even still be there in the morning…)
