Stick to: All the time

Steps:

  1. Choose a straight chair with armrests that firmly support you.
  2. Sit with your bottom right at the back of the chair so you don’t slouch.
  3. In the car, position your seat so that you can easily reach the wheel and get your foot on the pedals.
  4. In the office (and especially the car) keep your cool. Don’t let the bastards wind you up. Anger makes your neck stiff (and chiropractors are expensive.)
