Practice: Body scan

Stick to: 20 minutes once a week

  • Lie on the floor in a warm place.
  • Rest your attention on each place as you breathe in.

Breathe out all the tightness and tension:

  • Face, neck, shoulders…
  • Arms, hands and fingers…
  • Chest, back and belly…
  • Buttocks and thighs…
  • Knees, calves and shins…
  • Ankles, feet and toes…
  • The whole body and the mind…

Stay there for a couple of extra minutes, just resting and doing nothing. How do you feel?
